VENDOR PACKAGES:
PREMIUM VENDOR PACK:
$500 until March 1 - $550 March 1 to May 1 - $600 May 1-July 20th
- 1 logo banner to be displayed at fest and available for you to keep after the event.
- 500 stickers with design included.
- Small write up on our website and facebook page with links about your company.
- Logo on all official printed promotional materials.
- 2 3-day VIP tickets with VIP camping.
- 2 3-day vendor tickets for employees with general camping.
- 10x15 vendor space with electricity.
- Premium location of your choice. (first come first served)

GENERAL VENDOR PACK:
$300 until March 1 -$350 March 1 to May 1- $400 May 1-July 20th

RETURNING VENDORS:

GYPSY VENDOR PACK: $100
This is for the vendor who likes to walk around the fest or set up in different locations.
This is for jewelry makers, glass vendors, print sellers, backpack merchants...etc.
- 1 vendor ticket with camping included.
- 2 official JOTW 2012 posters.
- Small write up with links on our website and facebook page about your company/organization.
Vendors with out the proper badges will be shut down, no exceptions!
VENDORS NEED TO KNOW AND BRING:
- Their own electric cords, power strips and lights.
- Vendor tents, ez-ups, awnings, signs, banners etc.
- Tents, cars or rv's should be parked behind designated vending area. Over-sized vehicles may be asked to move after set-up.
- Vending from your vehicle? We need to know before hand. A service fee of $50 may apply for larger vehicles.
- Water is available in some areas. You will need to supply your own means for containment.
- Security will be present but they are NOT responsible for your tents, goods, equipment.
- Vendors need to be open for business Thursday 7pm-10pm and Friday-Saturday 2pm-1am.
Vendors will also receive in addition to packages:
3 beer tickets per vendor ticket. (21+)

THE RIVER SPONSOR PACK: $350
- Logo banner to be displayed at fest and available for you keep after the event.
- 250 stickers of your company logo/message with design included.
- Small write up on our website and facebook page about your company/organization.
- 2 3-day VIP tickets with VIP camping.

THE WOLF SPONSOR PACK: $500
